01 Introduction

Welcome to jtowin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jtowin ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jtowin website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services available at jtowin.app.

By registering an account on jtowin, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use jtowin.

02 Eligibility

To use jtowin, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent are not permitted to register.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one jtowin account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Registration Requirements

When registering on jtowin, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information at any stage of the registration process.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jtowin login credentials. • Deposits are credited to your jtowin account in real time once confirmed by the payment provider.
• jtowin does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment methods registered to another person is prohibited.
• jtowin reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming balance.

05 Withdrawals

jtowin processes withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes of the request being submitted.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance can be withdrawn.
• jtowin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals requested during scheduled maintenance windows may be delayed. jtowin will notify players of any planned maintenance in advance.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

jtowin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Welcome Bonus

New players on jtowin are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500. The bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play are withdrawable, subject to wagering requirements being met.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active will void the existing bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• jtowin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Bonus expiry periods apply. Unused bonuses expire after 30 days unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on jtowin — including cricket betting, crash games, Andar Bahar, snooker, and all slot titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. These game-specific rules supplement these Terms and should be read before play.

• All game outcomes on jtowin are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of perceived unfairness.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, jtowin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's balance.
• Bets placed after a game round has officially closed will be voided and the stake returned.
• For live sports betting, jtowin reserves the right to suspend markets at any time. Bets already accepted before suspension remain valid.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jtowin and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with jtowin games or the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Using jtowin for any money laundering activity or any transaction that violates applicable financial regulations.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jtowin staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

09 Responsible Gaming

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jtowin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

jtowin's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

jtowin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jtowin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of jtowin after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.
